– Match you with 30+ financiers for best loan terms.
– Negotiate better rates.
– Help find cars or buyers for sellers.
– No guarantee of loan approval or vehicle availability.
- Fees & Charges
– Finding a Financier: Free. By appointing us as agent (form/WhatsApp), you agree financiers pay us commissions for introduced loans.
– Loan Negotiation Fee: 30% of gross savings, paid by financier/included in loan or by you directly.
– Seller Fee: 4.75% of sale price for sourcing buyers (sellers only).
– Fees disclosed before proceeding.
- Your Responsibilities
– Provide accurate information (e.g., name, phone, KYC).
– Consent to fees, data use, agency appointment.
– Comply with financier/dealer terms.
- Our Responsibilities
– Act in your best interest for loans/cars.
– Protect data per Privacy Policy, Data Protection Act 2019.
– Maintain fee transparency.
- Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancel anytime via contact.
– Refunds subject to 30% service charge.
- Limitation of Liability
– Not liable for financier/dealer decisions, your errors, or uncontrollable losses.
- Intellectual Property
– Website content (e.g., logo) owned by Autorates Africa Limited.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
– Governed by Kenyan law. Disputes via arbitration in Nairobi (Arbitration Act 1995), then Kenyan courts if needed.
